PROBLEMS
Deforestation is clearing Earth's forests on a massive scale, often resulting
in damage to the quality of the land. Forests cover about 30 percent of
the world’s land area and 525,600 hectares of rainforests are lost each and every
year. The world’s rain forests could completely vanish in a hundred years at the
current rate of deforestation.
Forests are cut down for many reasons, but most of them are because of money
or to provide building material for houses or every day things to provide for peoples family. Farmers also cut forests to provide more room for
planting crops or grazing livestock. Often many small farmers will each clear a
few acres to feed their families by cutting down trees and burning them in a process known as slash and burn agriculture
Logging operations, which provide the world’s wood and paper products, also
cut countless trees each year. Loggers, some of them acting illegally, also
build roads to access more and more remote forests which leads to further
deforestation. Some people say they even shoot animals if they see them for food.
Not all deforestation is on purpose. Some is caused by natural disasters like fires burning down all life in its way and other disasters
like hurricanes cyclones tsunami and earth quakes.
Deforestation has many negative effects on the environment. The worst
impact is a loss of habitat for millions of animals. Seventy percent of Earth’s
land animals and plants live in forests, and many cannot survive without the rainforests.

solution
There are many ways to solve these problems but I think a simple way is once you cut down a tree plant another one. This is one way to preserve the rainforest. Its harder than you think to just stop cutting down trees because trees are a very important and helpful resource to help us survive. It provides shelter furniture and every day things
